After you submit you must enter the amount as stated on the invoice and click update.
You can select to pay by Paypal or if you don't have a paypal account you can pay by any Debit / Credit Card
such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc... by selecting on the next page the button (Don't Have a paypal Account?)
